I have that camelbak water bottle in blue! I love it – so much better than the little ones that I have to keep refilling pretty well constantly (or so it seems)

As you know,I’m new to your blog. I’ve been loving your “Green Monster”

To fuel up after my long run today, I thought I would try to make one. I noticed after the fact that I had no fresh spinach… but I did have frozen.

Lets just say. Not soo tasty!

Awesome on the inches lost. Measurements and fit of pants are the best way to gauge progress. The scale can “lie” for so many reasons.
