Dinner tonight was another awesome spelt wrap! I think this was my favourite wrap combo yet!! I think Eric was getting annoyed because I kept repeating how good it was. LOL

The combo of sweet pepper and avocado was OUT OF THIS WORLD good. I’ve never had them together before and I will certainly be pairing this awesome duo again!
A sweet dessert:
I was still quite hungry after dinner so I had 3/4 cup of Spelt cereal, a banana, and soy milk. I also had one of my delicious Glo Banana Bars:

Have a great night everyone! Can’t wait to read your contest comments! :)

You are always so positive and your blog has inspired me to look on the bright side in every situation.
Your pictures have also inspired me to convince my husband that we need a Mediterranean vacation!!
Hi Angela –
I’m fairly new to reading your blog. I was getting really close to signing off from reading blogs all together – what I’ve seen lately is such a black hole of negativity. The anonimity of it, I think, is what allows people to spew so much… blech. Anyway, needless to say, your blog is the exact opposite and I love you for it. Now I visit at least twice a day and always looks forward to whatever you have to say – I love your outlook on life. Thanks! Penelope
Hmm, what I like best about your blog is the great ideas you have for making meals- I now eat almond butter, Amy’s cali veggie burgers (yum!) and I’m even thinking about making a green monster! Sketchie’s pretty cute too :)
You give me a little more bengal in my life! And I love your money saving recipes!
I linked to your contest.
i have been wanting to try that workout dvd ever since you said how sore you were from it the first time!
i have enjoyed oh she glows bc you seem so easy to relate to. you have answered questions i have asked before and it didnt take 10 years to hear back from you, you just seem to really care about your readers and others’ well being. besides that, you inspire me to listen to my body, to enjoy food even if its considered “junk” food sometimes. i love that you still cook yummy desserts and you have discussed different topics like stuff from college and binge eating, because as a college student I can relate to that.
Great giveaway! Thanks so much for the opportunity.
OhSheGlows has impacted me in many ways I think but the most is probably making my own foods instead of buying them, like hummus and tortillas! Next on the list is nut butters :)
OhSheGlows has inspired me to exercise more frequently. Hearing about your workouts makes me want to move / do more. Thanks for the inspiration!
I really love you tallying what you buy and showing pictures of what you eat– it really is motivational. I am now going to buy a blender and make my own green monsters– something I never would have done were it not for being inspired by you!!!!
I love the original recipies and smoothies! I started making my own for breakfast in the morning. I also love reading the inspirational posts and beauty reviews, they add a lot to your blog, not just this is what I ate and pictures, it makes the blog stand out from the others.
Your blog has shown me I can actually eat meals and snacks in a healthy way!
How fun! your blog helps me focus on not relying on only calories, but instead helping me focus on nutritious foods!
I love seeing your healthy meals and positive attitude!
I also love Jillian! I hope I win this. :)
Due to your fantastic website, I have recently begun making my own tortillas AND green monsters (what a great way to get in some extra veggies everyday!)
Oh She Glows has become my favorite blog because of the wonderful, uplifting environment and the motivation I get from observing your healthy lifestyle and drive for success in achieving your dreams! I love what you have done, and you are changing lives in a positive way daily :o)
I love how your blog is not JUST about food or JUST about exercise…you incorporate fun, girly, celebrity topics, too. I love food and exercise, but it’s nice to think about other things. :-) I also love how optimistic and upbeat you are! Even in reading about how you haven’t been able to work out due to your injury (I’ve been there!) you still come through as cheerful and positive. :-)
Well I have to say that I have been a reader (lurker!) for a while now! I love that it is not only about healthy eating and exercise, but other daily “life” things! You always add a pep to my steps throughout the day! :)
PS I already have Jillian’s 30 Day Shred…but if I won I am going to give it to my sister! :)
I love how you take pricier food items that are major yum (like Larabars and spelt wraps) and figure out how to make them yourself. It’s helpful for someone like me who is not very creative to be able to recreate the stuff myself and not have to pay $2 a bar or $1 per tortilla. So I guess I’d say that’s how this blog has helped me.
And oh how I hope I can get this DVD! I’ve been wanting it so bad!!!
I need some shredding that’s for sure. I love that you aren’t afraid of the meat substitutes. Some people chalk them up to gross without even trying them.
You inspire me to eat better and exercise! I want to be healthy so I can get pregnant. :)
I’ve only *just* discovered your blog, so it wouldn’t be entirely truthful if I said it had impacted my life already! But I’ve been in the mood to start getting more physically active, and I think I’ll find lots of inspiration to do so from here. :)
