To start off the weekend on the right foot, I am giving away a copy of Jillian Michael’s 30-Day Shred Workout DVD!

Dinner tonight was another awesome spelt wrap! I think this was my favourite wrap combo yet!! I think Eric was getting annoyed because I kept repeating how good it was. LOL

Contents:

  • Homemade Organic Spelt Wrap
  • Sweet potato (leftovers from the perogies)
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1.5 red pepper, sauteed
  • 1 slice Tofurkey
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Kraft Light Balsamic Vinagrette
  • Black pepper

The combo of sweet pepper and avocado was OUT OF THIS WORLD good. I’ve never had them together before and I will certainly be pairing this awesome duo again!

A sweet dessert:

I was still quite hungry after dinner so I had 3/4 cup of Spelt cereal, a banana, and soy milk. I also had one of my delicious Glo Banana Bars:

So so so good!!! Better than the Banana Bread Larabar in my opinion. :D

Afternoon snacks included:

  • handful raw almonds
  • 1.5 servings of Amy Organic Crackers
  • 1/2 Larabar (the other hald from this morning)

If you can believe it I am STILL working on the office! I have so much left to do.

How did it get this bad!?

Somewhere along the line of Oh She Glows, moving in, and Glo Bakery this office was struck by a tornado!

With TLC’s What Not To Wear on- Friday nights at 9pm EST baby!

I truly believe that a neat and tidy space…is a productive and peaceful space. So it is time to organize with a capital O! Who is with me!? lol.

Stay tuned tomorrow for progress pictures :) And what I am doing to organize and make our office (we share this space- I am beside the TV and Eric is at the desk closest to the door).

I will also be giving a recap of my Crap Free Week….what changes did I see? Was I able to do it??

i love workout dvd’s but i only have 2 beginner yoga ones and am looking for a more full-body one like jillians!!

from oh she glows i have learned a LOT. first off, i love the green monster smoothies and have become a lot less intimidated to make them since i see them here so much :D also, i’ve learned ways to calm my anxiety through your tips and tricks such as looking back at old photos (i love yours from your honeymoon!), and lastly it’s helped me learn that being ‘skinny’ like you are means being happy and healthy.. not restrictive and regimented!

Oh She Glows has impacted my life through posts about fitness, health, fashion, and just having an overall healthy and happy attitude towards life. I really like how you talk about other interests like fashion, or other areas of your life, like remodeling or finances. It shows there’s so much more to a food/healthy living blogger than food. I also think I like reading about “married life” from younger bloggers who have husbands and seeing how it compares to my “living in sin for now” (I call it that with love :-) ) relationship. I hope that makes sense…

I love this giveaway!! This blog is one of my favorites. I love that it’s not all about food or workouts. I love the different aspects of your life like the bakery and getting a new house. Your cute kitty doesn’t hurt! :)
