thanks for this awesome recipe! I made them this morning and even though I overbaked them a little (technical difficulties with the kitchen timer!!) they came out like scones. =D I will definitely be trying the pumpkin ones in the fall because pumpkin is my fave!!!

I have the same cookbook and I loved the baked banana doughnuts! I only put in 1/3 cup sugar and substituted the wheat flour for buckwheat flour. On top, I put chocolate chips and walnuts. Yum.
