Hi Angela! Just wanted to let you know I added you on Twitter (I’m 1NutMeg).. I haven’t used it that much in the past but would like to, so now maybe I will!

I love what you are doing with the blog.. I’m not a very regular commenter but I’m always reading :)

I love these kinds of videos. :)

I have some of the same favorites as you do – almond milk, ezekiel bread and salmon to name a few. I’ll have to look for the frozen garlic cubes. What a great idea!

Hi, I just started to read your blog. I am currently in college and struggling with those college pounds, so of course, you are very inspirational to me. In fact, I have your “Before and After” picture as my current desktop picture to remind me to be mindful of my health. Hopefully by continuing to read I can have as healthy of a body as you!
ps. I loooove your wedding dress!

Believe me this may sound nosy but I love seeing what’s in others fridge? I know its a bad habit, but I do not mean to be meddlesome. I like to see people’s choices and their organization. Love this post!

Why do you avoid sodium? The reason I ask is because I really don’t like anything salty. I never ever use salt even to season but I also try to avoid high sodium in packaged foods but I really don’t know why I am doing it. It doesn’t seem healthy to have too much but is there any bigger problem with it aside from retaining water?

Also, just because I am curious, do you speak french?
